Chanting was recommended by our late teacher, K Pattabhi Jois, and is regularly taught at his school in Mysore. The practice of chanting calms and quiets the mind and develops concentration. Chanting is also a way to learn about aspects of the yoga tradition.
Texts are provided. No experience with chanting is needed.
