Gentle Yoga/Stretching

$5 classes

cost of $5 to attend for members and non-members of the gym.  Classes are open to the public, however the room is not huge, advance registration is strongly suggested.

Class Times are:  
Wednesdays and Fridays, 1:15 pm -  Gentle/Hatha 1
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:15 pm - Hatha 1.5

Yogis can register by calling 502-244-4019 and request that the attendant adds their name to the yoga book for the desired day and time. Pay when you get to the class.  
ONLY cash is accepted.  They can book more than one class at a time.

Gym provides mats and Christiane has blocks and straps with her for the class.

The gym also provides a couple of FREE working out sessions, not as part of yoga.

Legislative Research Commission, Frankfort
Kim Eisner teaches yoga every Monday and Wednesday at noon for the legislative research commission staff, retirees and a few from other state agencies also attend - this is a free class and it is currently located in room 456 of Capitol annex but in a few weeks we will be back in Room 113 annex full time which is a newly renovated room the agency created as a multi purpose room.

Class times: 12:00 pm-12:45 pm.

Kim has been teaching Mondays class for over 12 years and the Wednesday class was just added a few years ago
